Chris is a Kansas native who has lived and worked in Nashville for 22 years, first as a touring artist and then as an artist manager. Chris' deepest passion is to help artists find their original voice so that they can create their most authentic art.
He has worked on successfully elevating the careers of his artists, bringing a focused sense of care and individuality to each project. After working as an artist manager at BE Music Management, Chris started Reservoir Artist Management where he’s worked with nationally acclaimed artists including Dave Barnes, All Sons & Daughters, Matt Wertz and Sandra McCracken, and Tyson Motsenbocker.
In addition to his work in artist management, Chris brings his expertise into the non-profit realm, serving as the Executive Director of The Fold. Chris and his wife Brea currently reside in Brentwood, TN with their three children, Finley, Cason and Maya.
Jami Crockett is an artist manager from the west coast with a focus on creative direction, marketing and artist development. With over a decade’s worth of experience in the music industry, Jami brings an unparalleled talent to spark creativity and vision for her artists and their projects.
After graduating from Belmont University, Jami jumpstarted her career at Dryve Artist Management, growing the company’s branding and promotions initiatives for its esteemed roster of music clients. When the company merged into Be Music Entertainment in 2011, Jami worked as the Director of Marketing and Product Management where she played an essential role in the creative and branding oversights of their artists and events. Her contribution on these projects led to multiple award nominations (including recognition at the Grammy, CMA and Dove Award shows), TV/Film syncs, commercial and national ad campaigns, as well as appearance on notable syndicated shows including Ellen, The Today Show, TRL, Bachelor In Paradise, All My Children and more.
In the Fall of 2018, Jami transitioned with Chris DeTray to launch Reservoir Artist Management. She currently resides in Nashville, TN where she doesn't have a spouse, kids, or pets, but loves the MoviePass app and hopes it can sort itself out.
